Please attend your appointment unaccompanied, if the appointment is for a child, it must be with a 1:1 ratio with a parent or guardian. If you require a chaperone, please inform the booking line of this at the time of making your booking. If you bring someone else with you, they may be asked to wait outside the store while your appointment is taking place.
A 2 m clinic waiting room tape box has been mapped on the floor outside the clinic please wait there until the nurse invites you in for your appointment. Please do not arrive early for your appointment.
If you are late, the nurse may need to reschedule your appointment.
You will be asked to wash your hands or use hand gel when you first enter the clinic room.
The Nurses will have prepared the room, including disinfecting any surfaces before your arrival.
When the treatment is complete, you will be asked once more to wash your hands or use hand gel.
Please pay for any services by card after your consultation.
Nurses will be wearing a face mask; face visors; and an apron. They will wash their hands and put on gloves before making any contact with you.
Conversation may be different and more difficult whilst wearing a mask, so please understand we will not be as chatty as usual and may ask for information to be repeated. Please let our nurse know if you are struggling to understand them.
We also need to keep contact time to a minimum, so whilst we will not rush your appointment, we will endeavour to be as efficient as possible.
